At Dhuleva Group, we believe progress is measured by the value we create for communities, neighbourhoods, and the generations that follow.
Beyond Development.
Towards Lasting Value.
At Dhuleva Group, we believe our responsibility extends beyond creating developments. We are committed to trust-led development, disciplined execution, and purposeful enhancement that creates meaningful value for communities and the city around us.
Every project is shaped with thoughtful stewardship, respecting the environment we build in, the communities we build with, and the generations we build for.
Through our commitment to integrity and responsible growth, we continue to multiply possibilities and create enduring legacies of value.
Six Pillars of
Responsible
Growth.
Our CSR work is structured around six interconnected pillars - each chosen because they reflect the communities we build in, and the future we want to be part of.
Community Welfare
From neighbourhood clean-up drives to supporting local artisans, we invest in the fabric of South Mumbai — the people who give our city its character.
People
Environmental Stewardship
We plant trees, reduce construction waste, and design greener buildings — because the land we build on deserves to be better for our presence.
Planet
Education & Skill-Building
We fund scholarships, run vocational training camps, and partner with NGOs that help young people from underserved communities build careers.
Purpose
Healthcare & Well-being
Through free health camps, mental wellness workshops, and partnerships with Dharavi clinics, we work to make basic healthcare more accessible.
Care
Sustainable Construction
All new Dhuleva projects are designed with passive ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and materials sourced from certified sustainable suppliers.
Future
Women's Empowerment
We actively partner with women-led self-help groups, provide micro-finance access support, and ensure gender equity in our own workforce.
