The foundation goes back to Late Shri Mohanlal Jain, who embedded discipline, integrity and trust into the Group long before its real estate chapter began.
In 2021, Avi Jain and Anuj Mehta brought together a generational connection to South Mumbai, decades of experience and one shared conviction: build with financial discipline, move with speed, stay transparent and never compromise on honesty.
Today, Dhuleva has 15 lakh+ sq. ft. under active development across five simultaneous South Mumbai projects, with a target of 50 lakh sq. ft. by 2030.

Late Shri Mohanlal Jain
Late Shri Mohanlal Jain laid the foundation of Dhuleva Group on principles that continue to define it today: discipline, integrity and personal accountability. From establishing the Group’s early copper trading enterprise to building one of India’s leading copper alloy operations, he created a legacy rooted in trust and long-term thinking. His standards became the foundation on which Dhuleva’s real estate journey would later be built.
Mr. Avi Jain
A South Mumbaikar at heart and a second-generation entrepreneur, Avi Jain leads Dhuleva with a clear ambition: to build Mumbai’s most trusted real estate company. His leadership is defined by speed, intuition and deeply personal relationships with customers and communities. Mr. Anuj Mehta
With over two decades of experience in real estate, Anuj Mehta brings to Dhuleva the perspective of a builder, financier and developer. A Harvard MBA and former CEO of Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Ltd., he leads with discipline, energy and an uncompromising focus on execution.
